French Theatre in Sydney
Le Petit Theatre Sydney is a cultural association, established in 2015, dedicated to the promotion of the French language and Francophone culture in the Australian community, through theatre.
We produce plays in French, with English subtitles and organise theatre workshops in French with a professional tutor.

Our Shows
Le Petit Theatre Sydney produces plays in French, with English subtitles.
Our members are volunteers amateurs, Francophones and Francophile from all nationalities, passionate about theatre and the French language.

Theatre Workshops
We offer theatre workshop in French, dans la langue de Molière, for all levels and with a professional tutor.
It provides French language learners an occasion to be exposed to real life language in an authentic way, beyond the conventional academic conversation to which the majority have been exposed.
Workshops are also opened to fluent speakers who want to practice their French within a friendly and enjoyable environment.

Cela permet aux personnes apprenant le français de pratiquer le langage courant de façon unique, au-delà du français académique appris à l’école ou à l’université.
